Graduate Diploma in Health Studies in the field of Addiction Studies 2005

I have been assisting People with Disabilities to realise a better life since 2007 and have recently been working as an NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach with a Trauma Informed and Recovery approach.

Now focusing on Private Practice Counselling, my passion is to Journey Alongside or to offer Brief Interventions to help people Cultivate Positive Emotions with approaches including

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Meditation and Mindfulness

Attachment Theory

Motivational Interviewing

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

I also believe in the healing benefits of Nature and Music and Yoga !
